2.1 Age and Jurisdiction

You must meet the following eligibility criteria to use oke76 Services:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. oke76 strictly prohibits underage gambling and reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm your age.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or a jurisdiction where online gambling is legally permitted. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of oke76 Services complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be excluded from gambling through any self-exclusion scheme or banned by any gambling regulatory authority.
• You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.

2.2 Account Restrictions

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account with oke76. Creating multiple accounts (also known as "duplicate accounts" or "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. If we detect multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, we reserve the right to:

• Immediately suspend or terminate all associated accounts
• Void all wagers, winnings, and bonuses associated with duplicate accounts
• Confiscate any remaining account balances as a breach penalty
• Report fraudulent activity to relevant authorities if illegal activity is suspected

3.1 Registration Process

To access oke76 Services, you must complete our registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification
• Date of birth and nationality
• Residential address in Indonesia
• Valid email address and mobile phone number
• Preferred username and secure password
• Preferred currency (Indonesian Rupiah / IDR)

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you. You must notify oke76 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

3.2 Know Your Player (KYP) Verification

oke76 operates under strict anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations. We reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to:

• Identity Document: Government-issued photo ID such as Indonesian KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk), passport, or driver's license
• Proof of Address: Recent utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months
• Payment Method Verification: Bank account statement, credit/debit card images (with middle digits obscured), or e-wallet screenshots confirming ownership
• Source of Funds Declaration: Documentation explaining the origin of deposited funds if requested

Failure to provide requested verification documents within the timeframe specified by oke76 may result in Account suspension and withdrawal restrictions until verification is completed.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

oke76 supports deposits via Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, Bank Syariah Indonesia) and popular e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method but typically range from Rp 50,000 to Rp 100,000. Maximum deposit limits may apply based on your verification status and transaction history. oke76 does not charge deposit fees, but your financial institution may apply their own transaction charges.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via BCA and BRI are typically processed instantly. Other Indonesian banks (BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga) may take 5-30 minutes. E-wallet deposits are generally instant but may be subject to delays during high-traffic periods or technical maintenance by the payment provider.

You must deposit funds from a payment source that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (funds originating from an account not belonging to you) are strictly prohibited and will result in the funds being returned and potential Account suspension.

5.1 Withdrawal Policy

You may request a withdrawal of your available Account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified with approved identity documents
• All bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled before withdrawing bonus-related winnings
• Minimum withdrawal amount is typically Rp 100,000
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name
• For security purposes, withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit unless alternative arrangements are approved by our finance team

5.2 Processing Times

oke76 aims to process withdrawal requests as quickly as possible. Typical processing times are:

• BCA and BRI: 15-30 minutes during business hours (09:00-21:00 WIB, Monday-Friday)
• BNI and Mandiri: 30-60 minutes during business hours
• Other banks: 1-4 hours during business hours
• Weekends and holidays: Up to 24 hours

First-time withdrawals and large withdrawal amounts may be subject to additional security checks and may take up to 48 hours to process. oke76 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

6.1 Bonus Terms

oke76 offers various bonuses and promotions to Players including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions including:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must typically be wagered 20-40 times before associated winnings can be withdrawn
• Game Contribution: Different game types contribute differently toward wagering requirements (slots typically 100%, table games 10-20%)
• Maximum Bet Limits: While bonus is active, maximum bet per spin/round is typically Rp 10,000-50,000
• Expiry Period: Bonuses must be used within specified timeframes (typically 7-30 days) or they will expire
• Restricted Games: Certain games may be excluded from bonus play or contribute 0% toward wagering

6.2 Bonus Abuse and Fraud

oke76 has zero tolerance for bonus abuse. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in immediate forfeiture of bonuses and potential Account termination:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times
• Colluding with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes
• Using betting strategies designed solely to complete wagering requirements with minimal risk (e.g., betting on both red and black in roulette)
• Depositing, claiming a bonus, and immediately requesting withdrawal without wagering

7.1 Game Integrity

All games offered by oke76 utilize certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer equipment that has been independently tested and audited for fairness by accredited laboratories. Game outcomes are determined randomly and cannot be manipulated by oke76 or Players.

Return to Player (RTP) percentages displayed for each game represent long-term statistical averages calculated over millions of rounds. Individual session results can and will vary significantly from stated RTP percentages.

7.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place wagers or manipulate games
• Exploiting software bugs or errors for unfair advantage
• Collusion with other Players in poker or live dealer games
• Card counting or other advantage play techniques in live dealer games
• Reverse engineering or attempting to decompile any oke76 software
• Using VPN or proxy services to disguise your location

Detection of prohibited activities will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and potential legal action.

8.1 Bet Settlement

Sports bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant governing body for each sport. For football matches, results are based on the score at the end of regular time (90 minutes plus injury time) unless otherwise specified. Extra time and penalty shootouts are not included unless explicitly stated in the market description.

If a match is postponed or abandoned, bets will be void and stakes returned unless the match is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours of the original start time. For Indonesian BRI Liga 1 matches, all times are displayed in Western Indonesia Time (WIB).

8.2 Betting Limits

oke76 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or payout on any bet at any time. Betting limits may vary based on sport, league, market type, and your Account status. We may refuse or restrict any bet at our sole discretion, particularly for large stakes on minor leagues or events.

12.1 Termination by Player

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining account balance will be returned to you via your verified payment method after all pending wagers are settled and any bonus conditions are resolved.

12.2 Termination by oke76

oke76 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• We suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity
• You provide false or misleading information during registration or verification
• You are found to have multiple accounts
• We are required to do so by law or regulatory directive

Upon termination for breach, oke76 may forfeit any remaining account balance and void all pending wagers.
